Lead Paediatric Community Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred care to children and their families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
  • Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, including IV therapies and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.

Requirements:
  • Competency with IV therapies.
  • A Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty.
  • Previous experience in a community nursing role.
