Lead Paediatric Community Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to children and their families in the community.

About the Role
  • Provide direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
  • Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, including GP surgeries, hospitals, and community health services.
  • Manage your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, maintaining high standards of documentation and data management.

  • An annual salary of up to £37,960, plus a company car or car allowance of £4,877.

Requirements
