We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to children and their families in the community.
About the Role- Provide direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
- Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, including GP surgeries, hospitals, and community health services.
- Manage your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, maintaining high standards of documentation and data entry.
- An annual salary of up to £37,960, plus a company car or car allowance of £4,877.
- A contributory pension scheme, private healthcare cover, and death in service benefit.
- 33 days of annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, plus weekend and evening enhancements.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities, including professional registrations paid for.
- A company mobile phone and tablet device, supporting your work in the community.
- Competency with IV therapies, with a Registered Nurse qualification and paediatric specialty.
- Previous experience in a community nursing role, with a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and other healthcare professionals.
