Electronic Monitoring Installation Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical skills with a sense of purpose? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Monitoring Installation Officer to join our team in the Criminal Justice sector.

This role involves the installation, investigation, and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment, working closely with our Monitoring Centre to ensure seamless service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and upholding our company values, protecting our brand, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install, investigate, and decommission electronic monitoring equipment within designated areas, adhering to Company Procedures and contract terms.
  2. Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre, following agreed procedures.
  3. Maintain and demonstrate company values, protecting our brand.
  4. Work a shift pattern of 4 days followed by 4 rest days, with a competitive salary of £12.88 per hour on a 26-hour contract.
