About the Position
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the commodity manager to source materials, negotiate and implement supplier agreements, and manage a team of purchasing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the flow of materials to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Lead a team of purchasing professionals to achieve business objectives
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, full-time set schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days paid time off, 8 public holidays, pension, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and parental leave.
