About the role

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its mental health team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with a passion for delivering person-centered care. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service, including assessment, treatment, and care coordination.

Key responsibilities will include managing a caseload of service users, delivering therapeutic interventions, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

Main duties

  1. Manage a caseload of service users, delivering a diverse range of clinical skills and therapeutic interventions.
  2. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive service.
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
