The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Specialist to join our Growth department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing land rights and agreements for our renewable energy projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful development of our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Nadara professionally and establish strong relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver land rights and agreements across the development pipeline.
  • Record discussions with landowners and seek resolution to any issues that arise.
  • Liaise with in-house and external lawyers and accountants to manage land agreements.
  • Attend consultations and meetings with stakeholder groups.
  • Advise Nadara on land asset management and emerging renewable energy regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Detailed understanding of wind, solar, and battery design.
  • High level of commercial awareness and onshore wind/solar development expertise.
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
