We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across the business to connect the dots and understand the importance of enterprise thinking. You will take personal ownership and accountability to step forward, make and own decisions relating to business-critical projects. Throughout your career development program, you will be fully supported by our Early Careers team, your own mentor, buddy, and ongoing learning and development from our leaders and technical experts.

You will have opportunities to rotate through various business functions, including Reward, Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Business Partnering. By building and maintaining internal relationships with key customers and stakeholders, you will genuinely support Rotork's growth agenda. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded and numerate, with a real passion for people and the role HR has in leading people-related solutions.
