Job Summary

We're seeking Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team in Headington, Oxford. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you'll provide support and companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them with daily tasks, personal care, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assist with personal care, including toileting, washing, and bathing
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, day centers, and social activities
  • Engage in conversation and provide companionship to individuals
Requirements
  • Ability to work in Headington, Oxford, and commute between visits (up to 15 minutes by bike)
  • No prior care experience required; full training provided
  • Compassion, respect, and a desire to support individuals in their community
