Job Title: Sales Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team at Max Mara Fashion Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service, and quality standards
  • Pursue specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the achievement of overall store objectives
  • Clientele activities, including building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and organized
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Act as an ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate good conversational English
  • Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience, with luxury experience a plus
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals
  • Continuously maintain high standards
