We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Max Mara Fashion Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in accordance with our brand philosophy, service, and quality standards.
  • Pursue specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the achievement of overall store objectives.
  • Engage in clientele activities to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints.
  • Act as an ambassador of our customer-centric logic within the store.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate good conversational English.
  • Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service.
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Continuously maintain high standards.
