Job Title: Sales Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Max Mara Fashion Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service, and quality standards.
  • Pursue specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the achievement of overall store objectives.
  • Engage in clientele activities to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge to stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as an ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate good conversational English.
  • Have a minimum of 1-3 years of Retail experience, with luxury experience a plus.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service.
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Continuously maintain high standards.
