About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Design Manager to join our team and contribute to our company's growth and success. As Principal Designer, you will be responsible for coordinating designs with internal teams, contractors, and clients, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of construction sites and constraints through site visits.
- Communicate CDM requirements to clients and designers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure coordinated designs.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality in all work.
Essential Requirements:
A good understanding of CDM Regulations, relevant degree or experience equivalence, minimum 2 years' experience in a construction environment, and experience in a Principal Design CDM role would be advantageous.
