Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd.
">Salary: £13 per hour, 40 hours per week
">About the Role: As a Grounds Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across various sites. This will include tasks such as weeding, pruning, planting, lawn mowing, strimming, and hedge cutting.
">Requirements:
- A proven track record of accomplishment in grounds maintenance
- UK Full Driving License (MANDATORY)
- The ability to self-motivate and work effectively within a team
- Competency in using power tools where required
- Certificates in spraying (PA1, PA6), Horticulture, and Ride-on Mowers would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance services and the ability to operate a range of horticultural equipment
- Excellent awareness of Health & Safety procedures
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
- Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
