Back of House Team Member Role Description

We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our Nando's team as Back of House Team Members. As a key member of our kitchen crew, your primary focus will be on preparing and serving high-quality PERi-PERi meals that exceed our guests' expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to Nando's high standards
  • Serving meals to guests in a timely and efficient manner
