About the Role
Gemserv is seeking a Governance Expert to join our Energy Codes Team. As a Governance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing committee meetings, coordinating pre and post-meeting documentation, and engaging with committee Chairs and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise agendas and terms of reference for committee meetings
- Coordinate pre and post-meeting documentation
- Attend meetings and engage with committee Chairs and attendees
- Support the Governance Lead in implementing standardised processes and efficiencies
Requirements
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical subjects
- Experience of drafting new and improving existing processes
- Digitally competent and able to present information clearly
