Job Title: Governance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Governance Administrator to join our Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Investment Committee and ensuring the smooth operation of our investment workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the Investment Committee meetings, including setting up agendas, distributing papers, and ensuring quorum.
  • Administer the annual rotation of minute takers and maintain accurate records of meeting minutes.
  • Advance scheduling of meetings, including room bookings and proactive rearranging where necessary.
  • Monitor attendee lists for each meeting to ensure meetings are quorate, where required.
  • Timely pack circulation to ensure meeting attendees are kept up to date with meeting agenda items and any presenters are informed.
  • Allocate minute takers to committee meetings and oversee circulation of meeting minutes in line with deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a professional services administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Experience of working in a legal or financial services environment.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritize workloads.
  • Adept interpersonal skills and committed to excellent client service.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and comfortable operating in a dynamic, pressured, and fast-paced environment.
