The Role: Casino Manager

We're searching for a passionate and customer-focused Casino Manager with previous experience in a similar role. You'll be based at our vibrant Cardiff Casino, working alongside the General Manager to develop and implement a business plan that drives success for all stakeholders – our customers, employees, shareholders, local community, and regulatory bodies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the casino management team to maximize performance across all areas of the casino.
  • Deliver an outstanding product and customer experience while upholding the highest standards of safer gambling practices throughout all hosting activities.
  • Support the Management Team in driving casino performance against a balanced scorecard of targets encompassing finance, customer service, and team metrics.
  • Champion our core values and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
