Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Casino Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the casino. This will include managing the gaming floor, ensuring that customers have a positive experience, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff and provide coaching and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino, including managing the gaming floor, ensuring that customers have a positive experience, and driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and revenue growth, and to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure that the casino is operating within budget.
  • Ensure that the casino is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to gaming and customer safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
