Care Facility Manager

Hertfordshire County Council is a leading local authority with a highly regarded Gypsy Section. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Care Facility Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that promote Hertfordshire as an innovative, efficient authority with a commitment to helping people healthy and safe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general housekeeping, upkeep, and maintenance of our buildings and grounds throughout Hertfordshire county. You must have an understanding of the building industry and skills in plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance.
We require a full driving licence and a vehicle with business insurance for this role. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Alongside your standard hours, you will be added to the on-call rota with additional payment for called-out occasions.
Please note that this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check required for safeguarding purposes. You will also be required to attend an interview prior to being offered the job role.
