Job Summary:
Technical Network is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team. Your strong mechanical technical background and leadership skills will enable you to mentor and develop the team, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining company 5S standards in all maintenance areas and ensuring best practice from a health and safety standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team
- Mentor and develop the maintenance team
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standard
- Maintain company 5S standards in all maintenance areas
- Ensure best practice from a health and safety standpoint

Requirements:
- Qualification in Engineering (HNC/HND, Time Served in Mechanical engineering)
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG, Packaging, Food)
- Health & Safety Qualification or heavily trained in NEBOSH/IOSH/Machine
- Strong communicator with the team, management and all internal stakeholders
- Strong coach and mentor to the team
