About the Role:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join their team at their industrial manufacturing plant in Scunthorpe. As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of large-scale machinery across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery within waste management and recycling facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to management.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical bias maintenance engineer with experience in either manufacturing or the Armed Forces.
  • Proven expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
