We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Occupational Therapy Lead. As part of our dynamic team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will provide specialist advice, undertake joint assessments, and lead in the development of occupational therapy practice within the CHC service. Your extensive post-graduate clinical experience, manual handling skills, and proven leadership/management experience will be invaluable assets in this position.

As an expert practitioner, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, conducting research and audits, and applying your specialist knowledge to improve OT practice quality. You will also be responsible for assessing and providing occupational therapy intervention in cases presenting a high degree of complexity.

A detailed understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and partnership working principles is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
