Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior medical device representative to join our team in London and South East. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting our high-quality ophthalmic products to clinicians, theatre / department managers and nursing staff.

Your key objectives will include increasing sales volume and revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving market share growth. You will also be required to influence and negotiate with clinical and purchasing stakeholders, and present our products and services using clinical data.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of purchasing pathways within the NHS and private sector, and excellent consultative value-based selling skills. A patient-centric approach to business is essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation Package:

  • Basic Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • Bonus: Up to £12,000 on target + additional commission payments
  • Car Policy: Company car (possible allowance if move onto company scheme after lease ends)
