Night Porter/Night Audit Job Opportunity at Cpghotels
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Night Porter/Night Audit at Fable Christchurch Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist with late check-in procedures, after-hour in-room dining orders, and other housekeeping tasks for the night shift.
- Reception Experience: Ensure an efficient and professional reception experience for guests during night shifts, including answering phone calls.
- Night Audit Operations: Perform and assist Night Audit operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of guest transactions.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: General public area cleaning and more specific Body Corporate cleaning, including carpark and stairwells.
- Shift Work: Ability to work night shifts, generally from 11pm to 7:30am.
- Training: First Aid Training Certificate is advantageous.
- Attitude and Abilities: Positive, reliable, charismatic, and can-do attitude; outstanding attention to detail and accuracy; calm, efficient, and excellent problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task.
- Eligibility: Current eligibility to work in New Zealand; NZ Full Driving License preferred.
