As the Head of Sales at COREcruitment International, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience managing teams and driving growth in the drinks FMCG sector. They will also be based in or around London, with a strong understanding of the national beer industry.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our presence in the UK market.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including national retail groups, on-trade accounts, and other partners.
  • Collaborating with agency partners to ensure consistent growth and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Driving brand visibility and market penetration through innovative sales initiatives and promotional strategies.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
