About the JobWe're seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Harbour View. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people to develop their independent living skills, build their confidence, and achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support to young people, helping them to set and achieve their goals
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Collaborating with other agencies and services to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
