Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Taunton branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Producing vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent
- Adequately sourcing and selecting applicants, matching them to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
- Implementing and executing basic sales plans to increase productivity and sales activity
- Ensuring exceptional client service levels and achieving year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit
