About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing vacancy and booking profiles, as well as well-written adverts to attract top talent
- Adequately sourcing and selecting applicants, matching them to available roles and potential future talent pipelines
- Implementing and executing basic sales plans to drive productivity and sales activity
- Continually increasing productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit
