Join Our Team in TauntonWe're seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Taunton branch. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector. Our beautiful offices are situated centrally in Taunton, and you'll need to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent
- Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available, and identify potential future talent pipeline
- Implement and execute basic sales plans to drive productivity and sales activity
- Continually increase sales revenue, margins, and profit while ensuring exceptional client service levels
- Salary up to £32,000 basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus
- Opportunity to join as a Trainee if you have no recruitment experience but possess sales experience and a desire to develop your career
