Belfast County Antrim, United Kingdom CV-Library Full time
About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Construction and Engineering Manager to support the Head of Engineering and Construction in our expanding team.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of large-scale projects from greenfield sites through to full production, with project values ranging from €50 to 150 million. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a small, dynamic construction and engineering team and contribute to the growth of our ambitious pipeline of biogas projects in Ireland and the UK.

Key responsibilities include preparing technical specifications, defining employer requirements for EPC contracts, and collaborating with the Head of Engineering, COO, and MD to ensure competitive procurement and effective management of the EPC Contractor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting and management, particularly in the areas of process plant construction under EPC contracts. Familiarity with FIDIC, IChemE, NEC, and short-form contracts is essential, and experience working with P6 and MS Project is highly advantageous.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £90,000-£100,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus annual discretionary 10% bonus, PMI, income protection, life assurance, and pension.
