About the Role

The Parks Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Landscape Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality management and maintenance of our green estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Trust's green estate to a high standard, ensuring it is clean and safe for visitors.
  • Support team members to ensure all operational and landscape works are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and supervise contractors and Direct Works teams as required.
  • Support the team in promoting the values and culture of the organisation.

Requirements

  • A full driving licence is required.
  • Experience of parks management, including forestry, arboriculture, landscape maintenance, and hard landscaping.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, other Trust staff, the general public, and third parties.
  • Well-organised and able to work under pressure, using your own initiative.
  • Prepared and motivated to take on further training to enhance your individual skill levels.
  • Experience of using Microsoft 365.
