Morning Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Morning Support Worker. This role involves assisting the before and after school manager in ensuring the safety and welfare of pupils during breakfast club.
About Our TeamWe are a close-knit team that works together to provide a high-quality education to our pupils. We value collaboration, creativity, and innovation in all aspects of our work.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in securing the safety and welfare of pupils during breakfast club
- Supervise pupils whilst they eat their breakfast
- Encourage healthy eating habits and good manners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
The salary for this role is £15,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including:

This role requires term-time only working hours, approximately 6 hours 15 minutes per week over 5 days, from 7:30am to 8:45am each day.
