As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

• Leading and coaching a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets

• Maintaining a high level of operational excellence, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation

• Creating and executing in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement

• Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

• Maintaining a customer-centric approach to drive sales and customer satisfaction

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth

• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

• Adhering to company policies and procedures

• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

• Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software

• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend for interview
