We are seeking experienced teachers to join our pool of supply educators in Coventry and Warwickshire. This role offers the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, with the option to choose between short and longer-term assignments.

Our aim is to provide a stable teaching environment for pupils, by matching them with familiar and knowledgeable teachers. By building a strong pool of educators, we can reduce the impact of frequent teacher changes on pupil learning.

Some of the available opportunities include:

  • Day-to-day cover for lessons across various subjects at KS3 and KS4.
  • Short-term placements, ranging from a week to several months.
  • Part-time and full-time positions, tailored to suit individual preferences.
  • Long-term placements, providing stability and continuity for pupils.
  • Permanent employment opportunities, where schools partner with us for long-term recruitment.

The daily rate for this role is approximately £120-£180, based on experience and qualifications. We operate as both an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business, working closely with schools and educators to meet their needs.
