Overview

Salary

We are offering an estimated annual salary of £60,000-£80,000, commensurate with experience, reflecting the trust's commitment to providing competitive compensation packages.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves working across the Specialist Assessment and Treatment Service for adults and the Adolescent Inpatient Service, where you will be part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include clinical input through assessments, individual and group therapies, team formulation, reflective practice, and supporting staff in undertaking psychological interventions. Additionally, you will provide training and supervision to others, contribute to service development projects, and participate in audit and research activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Postgraduate doctoral-level training in applied psychology or its equivalent as approved by the HCPC
• Professional registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
• Experience working with clients presenting various clinical severities
• Experience supervising others
• Postgraduate training and skills in supervision, including supervision of doctoral trainees
• Evidence of continued professional development
