Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in a primary educational setting focused on supporting students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). This role is ideal for those with a passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 4 to 11.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored learning support to both individuals and small groups.
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Utilize a variety of resources to engage students and foster their understanding.
  • Encourage independence and promote the well-being of students.
  • Ensure the safety and safeguarding of all pupils in your care.

Qualifications: While prior experience in early years education is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about working with children on the autism spectrum.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £80 to £90, along with a long-term contract.

Important Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK or possess a relevant work visa. We prioritize safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people in education.
