Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support an automotive client on a contract basis in Sussex.
The ideal candidate will work as part of a wider team, collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and lead sprint projects from vision to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
- Lead projects from inception to delivery, focusing on organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate quality management audits, leveraging expertise in ISO9001.
- Contribute to the development of future strategies, considering factors such as budget and corporate social responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Professional experience in the automotive or similar industries, with a background in operation excellence methods.
- University degree in Engineering or Business Management/Improvement.
