Project Manager

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Crawley, UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing bids or projects on customer upgrades to existing Full Mission Simulators.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, set up, organise, document, execute and conclude a project in accordance with approved processes, procedures, methods and tools.
- Present and report project progress and activities to senior stakeholders.
- Support in defining, establishing, managing and leading a high-performing and successful integrated project organisation.
- Implement, maintain and manage all elements of project management, including integration, value, scope, quality, procurement, time, finance, human resource, risk, opportunities and communications.
- Manage the requirements of multiple stakeholders (internal & external) on a project.
- Hands-on experience in Project Management that covers project control, financial reporting, budgeting, process development, lean manufacturing, quality or environmental management.
- Experience and a proven track record of customer-focused behaviour in the delivery of projects.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
