Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in a part-time, temporary to permanent role. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and previous administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Leadership Team: Drive the growth and development of the business by providing administrative support.
  • Develop a Positive Culture: Motivate and engage staff by developing and maintaining a positive culture within the business.
  • BRC Team Support: Assist the BRC team in obtaining and maintaining BRC food safety accreditation.
  • Policy and Procedure: Follow the policies and procedures set out in the BRC manual, providing senior management approval as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to all business processes.
  • Health and Safety: Promote a strong Health & Safety and Food Safety culture within the business.
  • KPIs: Review and use effective KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve process/operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.
  • Training: Keep up to date with training plans.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, previous administration experience, and be able to work 5 days a week, 5 hours per day. Salary is 25k pro rata, increasing to 26k after three months.
