Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a Finance and Accounts Clerk. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career or looking to build on their existing experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will involve processing invoices, managing accounts, and assisting with payment runs and financial record-keeping. You will also support the preparation of financial reports and analysis to track key performance indicators.
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Manage accounts, including issuing invoices to customers and chasing payments.
- Assist with payment runs and wages preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of finance and accounting basics, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have a good grasp of finance regulations.
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
