Support Administrator

Utility Collections Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our Quality & Assurance department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, maintaining accurate account records and ensuring compliance with service requirements.
  • Conduct QA checks and audits of client accounts, capturing outcomes effectively on our CRM system.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for external field agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Field queries from various channels via email and telephony, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collate and distribute paperwork related to court and warrant applications.
  • Schedule third-party suppliers, including meter operators and locksmiths.
  • Coordinate diaries for field-based warrant officers.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, tracking accounts payable.
  • Produce bespoke reports and statistical information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Organized and able to follow processes to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Good work ethic, with the ability to work within defined timescales.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, factual information and communicate effectively.
  • Well-presented and approachable, with good communication and telephony skills.
  • Motivated to plan and manage own workload efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to our custom-built CRM system.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience within debt resolution and collections environments.
  • Experience within the utility industry.
