Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
- Supporting clients with medication management and appointment attendance
- Developing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting vulnerable adults
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Hold a full and valid UK or EU driving license and have access to your own vehicle
- Be entitled to work in the UK
We offer a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour, plus mileage allowance and opportunities for professional development.
