Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Integration Specialist to join our team at Progress Sales Recruitment. As a Clinical Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and business partners in integrating cutting-edge medical devices into hospital IT infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support colleagues, business partners, and clients in their offerings and planning to integrate medical devices into hospital IT infrastructures.
  • Demonstrate and consult on CIS solutions to clients, provide quotes, and implement agreed solutions.
  • Install medical software and products at customer sites, perform repair works, maintenance, and training.
  • Provide technical training for customers, distributors, and colleagues.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Keep unit down-times as short as possible.
  • Act cost-consciously and profit-oriented.
  • Support sales teams in selling connectivity solutions.
  • Support R&D and Marketing for connectivity solution requirements.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions for Medical Clinical Integration products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Windows upgrades, IP address solutions, configuration, server connectivity interface technology, and systems integration.
  • Experience working with the NHS and NHS IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking technologies, Windows operating systems, MSSQL, and programming languages (Java, JavaScript).
  • Degree in IT systems engineering, IT system integrations, or software engineering.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Valid driver's license for passenger car.

What We Offer:

Basic IRO £45-50k with bonus (£10K) and package including car allowance.
