Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a vibrant mainstream primary school.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children with SEN in a school setting, a valid DBS check registered on the update service, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans to help pupils achieve their potential
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to adapt classroom activities
• Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment
