About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Willow Cottage, a two-bedroom children's home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential care, supporting our young people to achieve amazing outcomes. You will have the opportunity to undergo a qualification once employed and access to a company app offering high street discounts, online medical support, financial advice, and counseling.

Our benefits package includes a salary of £30,672 to £31,294.8 per year, depending on qualifications, plus opportunities to pick up extra shifts/overtime at an enhanced rate. We also offer a £500 bonus via our 'Refer a Friend' scheme and a day off for your birthday (in addition to your holiday entitlement).
