What We're Looking For- A passionate and dedicated individual with experience in supervising staff in a care role
- Someone who can connect with our young people and build meaningful relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage staff rotas
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence
- Applicants must be over 21 to meet industry regulations
