Operations Director – Norse South East

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

Norse South East is a highly successful joint venture contract working in partnership with Havant Borough Council. The company specializes in providing frontline services, including grounds maintenance, waste management, and street scene services throughout Havant and the surrounding areas.

As Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth for Norse South East and leading the commercial strategy, contractual performance, and operational delivery of the Norse South East joint venture.

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed annual budgets, business forecasts, and financial plans based on current contracts and anticipated business growth.

About You:

You will have previous experience working at a senior management level within a complex business and ideally have a background in grounds and/or waste management.

  • Extensive senior management experience, including commercial and financial responsibility, and strategic business planning.
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of delivering frontline services in both the private and public sectors.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of £70,000 - £75,000.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • A pension scheme with 10% employee contribution + 10% employer contribution.
