Norse South East is a highly successful joint venture contract working in partnership with Havant Borough Council. Our team specializes in providing frontline services, including grounds maintenance, waste management, and street scene services throughout Havant and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and ensure client and customer satisfaction is achieved to a high level.
  • Prepare detailed annual budgets, business forecasts, and annual financial plans based on current contracts and anticipated business growth.
  • Liaise with decision-makers at all levels, utilizing strong networking and negotiating skills.
  • Deliver frontline services in the private and public sectors, leveraging knowledge of commercial and financial responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working at a Senior Management/Director level in a complex business.
  • Background in grounds and/or waste management.
  • Extensive senior management experience, including commercial and financial responsibility and strategic business planning.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive starting salary of £70,000 - £75,000.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme - Royal London (10% employee contribution + 10% employer contribution).
