Job Summary:

Komplex Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paediatric Care Assistant to provide specialist support to a female paediatric client with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration.
  • Assist with respiratory care and ventilation during the day and night.
  • Support the client with complex care needs, including Joubert's Syndrome.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • No prior care experience is required, as Komplex Group provides a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme.
  • A UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
